I need to sort out my Ejari and update some tenancy paperwork for my apartment. Last year it took me two trips because I messed up the documents, and honestly I don’t have time for that right now. I don’t mind waiting a bit, I just want someone to check things before they submit them so I don’t waste another morning.
Is there a place where they help with tenancy/Ejari stuff and make sure everything is in order before you actually file it?

Yeah, I’ve been there. I used EGSH when I had to renew my Ejari and add a new contract addendum. What helped me wasn’t speed, but that someone looked through all my papers before sending anything — so I didn’t end up going home to fetch “that one missing page.”
Still had to wait for my turn, nothing magical there, but at least it was one visit instead of two. Here’s the place I used: egsh.ae/
If you're organised with documents, maybe you won’t need it — but I’m not, so it saved me some hassle.
